These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with MakeHireEasy.com (the “Service”), operated by MakeHireEasy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• Candidate: An individual interviewed using the Service by the User.
• Service: The one-way video interview platform and related features provided via MakeHireEasy.com.
• Content: All information, materials, and data uploaded, shared, or generated by the User, including but not limited to videos, text, and graphics.

3.1 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3.2 Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities conducted under your account.

3.3 Restrictions

Users agree not to register duplicate, anonymous, or unverifiable accounts. Users must not use the Service for unauthorized purposes, including competitive analysis or market research.

MakeHireEasy offers tiered subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.

Renewal fees are charged to your saved payment method. We reserve the right to modify Subscription fees with prior notice. Certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

We may offer free trials for limited periods. If you provide billing information during a trial, charges apply at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

6.1 Permissible Use

Users must use the Service solely for lawful purposes and notify candidates of interview recording and storage to ensure compliance with privacy laws.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Users must not post harmful, abusive, or illegal content. Misuse of the Service’s API or engaging in activities like data scraping or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

All software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by MakeHireEasy are owned by us or our licensors. By uploading content, you grant MakeHireEasy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and process such content to provide the Service.

We prioritize data protection. Users agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breaching these Terms, non-payment, or engaging in prohibited activities.

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeHireEasy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of profits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangladesh.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
